Returns Policy

Taranaki Iwi Merchandise Returns Policy – September 2018

In the first instance, please contact our merchandise team at admin@taranaki.iwi.nz within 30 days of your purchase date to discuss any returns, and to check first that the item will be accepted for a refund or exchange.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned in the original condition that you received it: unused, unaltered and unwashed with the original tags attached.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We only refund or replace items if they were defective or damaged when you received them, or if we made an error in sending the wrong item. Once your return is received and inspected at our office, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@taranaki.iwi.nz.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale and discounted price items cannot be exchanged.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Please choose your product carefully and refer to the sizing guidelines. Items may only be exchanged for a different size of the originally ordered product and there may be a delay if that size is out of stock. Additional delivery costs to send exchange items will be charged.

 

Shipping

To exchange your product, you should mail or courier the item to: Cnr Bayly Road and Ocean View Parade, New Plymouth, New Zealand 4340.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
