SGM Update

Kia ora e te whānau kia piki te ora ki runga i a tātou.

The health and well-being of our whānau, in particular our tauheke and kuia, is important.

With the uncertainty around the ongoing impact of COVID-19, (Coronavirus) and to minimise the risk of community spread of the virus, we have made the decision to cancel our special general meeting (SGM) in New Plymouth at the Novotel on Sunday 29 March 2020.

We will still provide an update of the Charter Resolutions via a livestream on Sunday 29 March from10am – 11am.

The postal vote on the charter changes is due to close on that day at 2pm. We encourage you to register your vote electronically or by post. A ballot box will be available at the Novotel up to 2pm and will be manned by an independent scrutineer if you would prefer to register a physical vote. 

We will provide the details of how you can access and interact with the livestream early next week.
