We invite all apprentices and students to apply for our education grants for the 2025 academic year. There are four grant categories:
Secondary: Open 6 January 2025 and closes 5pm 31 March 2025.
Tertiary: Open 6 January 2025 and closes 5pm 31 March 2025.
Vocational: Open 6 January 2025 and closes 5pm 30 June 2025; and
Non-fundable short courses, conferences, membership subscriptions and non-studylink applications: Open 6 January 2025 and closes 5pm 30 June 2025
Notes for applicants:
- If you have applied for a Taranaki Iwi grant through the grants portal in previous years you can use your same login details.
- If this is your first time applying for a Taranaki Iwi grant, you will need to create an account before you can access the grants portal.
- Scroll through the list of grants and scholarships available, and if you meet the criteria for any of the other available grants or scholarships, you are welcome to apply.
- Once you have selected the grant or scholarship that you are interested in, please read the information to confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.
- Click on the ‘Apply’ button and follow the instructions to complete your application.
- Please note, each applicant can only apply for ONE Taranaki Iwi grant per year.
