Taranaki Iwi Holding LP (TIHLP) – the commercial entity for Te Kāhui o Taranaki Trust has recently acquired four residential properties in Opunake, Taranaki from the Crown as part of its settlement.
TIHLP have aspirations to support Uri into homeownership and wish to utilise these properties for an affordable homeownership programme.
The properties have been assessed and identified as requiring upgrade and refurbishment works prior to being made available to whanau via Taranaki Iwi affordable housing programme – pilot.
TIHLP are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Main Contractor to partner and deliver the refurbishment of these properties as a complete programme of works.
The following Expression of Interest seeks proposals from Main Contractors to undertake these works in advance of a formal scoping and pricing exercise.
