Nominations for the 2021 trustee by-election for Te Kāhui o Taranaki Trust (the Trust) closed at
5pm on Monday 31 May 2021.

One nomination for the extra-ordinary vacancy on the Trust was received from Sharlene Maoate-Davis.

As the number of nominations received did not exceed the number of vacancies available, I
declare Sharlene Maoate-Davis to be elected unopposed as a trustee of Te Kāhui o Taranaki Trust.
